Real estate home inspections are designed to provide prospective home buyers or sellers and their real estate agents with crucial information concerning the various systems of a home. The inspection is a top-to-bottom, inside-and-out snapshot of the home's current condition at the time of the inspection.

This service includes a thorough and detailed inspection of the readily visible and accessible components of a home, such as the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, the foundation and roof, as well as the interior and exterior features. A computerized report is provided on-site. During the “walk thru” the inspector explains the findings in the report and visually identifies them for the client and their agent. Digital photos with detailed descriptions and an electronic version of the report are emailed the following business day.
